The Institute of Certified Bookkeepers is a not-for-profit organisation limited by guarantee. It is managed by an Executive Board under the guidance of a Board of Advisers. The Board of Advisers is made up of the elected chairmen of the various Working Groups and others who do not head working groups but who are co-opted for their particular experience.
